I figured I should finally leave a comment because I keep coming back to it time and time again. I LOVE these ravioli. I add a gorgonzola cream sauce, too, but they are equally as delicious without it. The first time I made them was for my 22nd birthday and have made them at least half a dozen times since then and they are delicious Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2271373893558118561.post-28203028028331235422014-07-27T12:46:21.555-04:002014-07-27T12:46:21.555-04:00I noticed the newsletter with the this exact recip...I noticed the newsletter with the this exact recipe was posted 4 years after the recipe of this blog. I just wanted to say thank you for this very special recipe, it was absolutely perfect for my husband's and my one-year anniversary. I had never made pasta before so I was a little unsure, but it worked out really well and definitely needed 20 minutes to boil to perfection. Any less and they would have been very chewy. Everyone I've ever heard of that has made homemade ravioli has boiled them. I would say just make sure they are tightly sealed and go for it! So did you make your ravioli that weekend? How did it turn out?Tara the Foodiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04670568285291932059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2271373893558118561.post-80121408086672552652008-05-29T08:59:00.000-04:002008-05-29T08:59:00.000-04:00hey - this looks good. One recipe I consulted suggested that the ravioli needs to be steamed, not boiled, lest the filling become 'water logged'. Did you have any problem with that?Tout Garnihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07610670842469328592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2271373893558118561.post-71787237301647381962008-02-26T17:23:00.000-05:002008-02-26T17:23:00.000-05:00This looks absolutely wonderful!
